What this site does
The interactive map shows Lebanon at five
aggregation levels (governorate → district → city →
cluster → buildings). Click a building to estimate its
rooftop solar production — broken down by day, week,
month and year — with panel orientation and tilt (and
the optimal values computed for the location), and
with real-world cloud cover from NASA satellite
climatology factored in rather than a clear-sky
maximum. Estimates include self-consumption, battery
sizing, cost, yearly savings, payback, and CO₂
avoided. Open Solar parameters in the
top-right to adjust the assumptions.
